Delays:
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to high demand, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. PawElite is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Incorrect Address:
If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
PawElite is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
